We are delighted to see the Culinary Institute of America's app come to fruition! Ben Fink has been shooting stills for the Culinary for years for the numerous books they publish, and now the how-to videos that are part of the Culinary's app.
The New York Times features the app in their latest Dining & Wine section, questioning whether or not cookbooks are becoming Obsolete?
